Espaniranto is a transitional "lost link" conscript between Latin and the "future" Desertborn Language conscripts like "Wadi Emet" and "Seeq Antique" from the planet Araxes at the Mu Draconis System http://slurl.com/secondlife/Splintered%20Rock/55/4/55 (A Second Life Sci-Fi RPG sim/server cluster ). It covers most of the basic latin script(english), some extended glyphs to write Esperanto(ĉ, ĝ, ĥ, ĵ, ŝ, ŭ) and Spanish(ñ) but without accents and with basic limited extra glyph support besides the alphabet. In accordance with Desertborn scholar Taquis Samiirah Sorciere from House Morloch, Desertborn culture has it's roots mostly out from earth-that-was Berber culture, so maybe the Desertborn scripts evolved through millennia from a common branch of pidgin alphabets of hybridized Latin, Tifinagh scripts, Berber Latin, and unknown space-farer scripts resembling the one at the "Singapore Stone". Espaniranto is highly regarded as the possible common Latin script ancestor. The numerals are binary coded glyphs and naturaly suitable to be used in base-12(ø being number 10 and Ø being 11). Yet is highly compatible with the common base-10 numeral system in the Empire. Desertborn culture is highly regarded as possessing superior engineering and for their creative technological solutions in contrast to the common starborn ways. Some other odd influences notorious in Espaniranto are: -It's peculiar punctuation that somehow resemble the Himalayan conventions of Tibeto-burmese or mongolian scripts like phagspa, uchen/umê, and newa scripts. -It's "unicase" nature as in such scripts. A more solid link to the eurasian plateaus mysticism had been provided in the only especimen of Espaniranto writing being a XXIII'rd century treatise/manual on mysticism, the so called Lagrangian-Point Dzogchen-Zen-Sufi codex, a specimen with plenty of common mystic terminology between Persiand and Tibetan plateaus mysticism, but fully wrote in Classical Zamenhof's Esperanto. The lack of any ascender and descender in the Espaniranto script and it's awful readability supports the idea of it being mostly a religious script in opposition to daily use. These elegant letters appear as the original main font used in the little-known tactical SNES RPG Gemfire, or Super Royal Blood in Japan.
Ishmeria is a faithful and exact recreation of said in-game font, expanded with hundreds of diacritic variants, number variations, additional bonus characters and various dingbat symbols. And that's not everything: all Japanese hiragana and katakana characters from the original version are also included, making this one of my most extensive recreations to date.
The base font size and recommended setting for Ishmeria is 16pt and multiples of that. Use metric kerning and no additional smoothing effects for an authentic pixel performance.
Gemfire on the SNES, known as Super Royal Blood in Japan, was developed and published by Koei in 1992.

A font no one asked for, with no discernible use case, Refraktury (inspired by Volker Busse's F25 Blackletter Typewriter font) is a monospaced black letter font, suitable for typesetting math the hard way, illegible code listings, and oddly kerned newspaper marquees. It's a simplified mix of several different styles, mostly Fraktur and Schwabacher. It covers the ISO Latin-1 block, because why in the world would you care if it covers anything else?!
I expanded on my previous font, relaxing the rules on placement of segments. I was then able to add uppercase letters, and enhanced the lower case letters where it was needed. Still a WIP - converting the accents.
This is a clone of Calculated MonospaceRecreation of the pixel font from Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening" (1993) on the Game Boy.
This recreation includes the special/accented characters from the french and german releases of the game. In game, the characters with a diaeresis use an additional tile above them - in this recreation, the characters have been combined properly (and as a result, the height of the font overall is greater than 8px).
As an aside, this font was also used for the fan translation of "For frog the bell tolls" (aka "カエルの為に鐘は鳴る" / "Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru", 1992/2011).

Updated 9 July 2022 to include additional accented uppercase characters, and the star icon.

This is a clone of Hyper Street Fighter 2 Anniversary EditionPixel font recreation from Konami's classic "Gradius" (1986). A variation on the generic Nintendo font, most notable in the letters V, Y and in some of the numeral. This font includes the special characters from my standard Nintendoid 1 to make it more generally useful, and for the first time includes the strange "horizontal semicolon" used on most of the early Nintendo games' start screens.
EDIT August 2019: it appears I was off by one pixel on the "horizontal semicolon". Fixed now.
This is a clone of Nintendoid 1Recreation of the font used in Capcom's "Ghouls 'n Ghosts" (1988). As some of the characters used a subtle amount of antialiasing in the game, this is a slightly reinterpreted version that contains some artistic liberty, particularly in the special characters. Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included. Note the heart, which has been mapped to "heavy black heart" (U+2764), and the !! "double exclamation mark" (U+203C).
