my final entry in ScriptComp. all the great work that has been on display during the competition really motivated me to do this. i have done other electricity-inspired fonts, but this one is different from those being it is an electric script or at least what i was able to envision. i think perhaps since i live in the lightning capital of the world (Orlando, supposedly) maybe also had a part in it. this was challenging and fun. tried not to reply too much on the copy and paste, although i'm afraid that's my great challenge when using FS - not to be too obviously modular and really making each character as unique as possible. thanks for the motivation, guys:) and good luck everyone. note: please do not redsitribute and repost this font elsewhere. thanks.

Inspired by a Vascomat sign. I know the v, w, x, y and z are a bit awkward, and some of the curves are a bit wobbly.

1 x 1 filter. Nearly all angles are 1:8 for the horizontals and 1:4 for the verticals. 28 grid squares from the lowest point to the highest across the set. For reference, the lower case 'o' is 11 squares wide and 13 squares tall. Each character has a 1 or 2 block overlap on the right side to make the connectors touch the next character.This is a clone

Very rough Script. Vertical design with 45degres connection. Each individual glyph are unsightly but combine in words it has its charm. -- Use Uppercase for the first letter of each word -- All lowercase are connected.

My final say on current competition. Jalgas (Жалғас, Zhalgas) is my name, it means continuation, adjacent. Same technique as in Aroth, but the result is hopefully different. Letters are also stencil, but islands appear when forming a word (e.g. "off"). In progress...

I've never before done a script so I thought that the Scriptcomp would be a good place to show it off. A extremely curved spript, containing numbers and general punctuation. And no, I will not do uppercase. P.S: There's a 'r' alternate on the grave accent.

Floating connectors... Hmmm... I'm not sure about if this is really a script font... But it's so fun to play with it! You must put one of the connectors between two of your glyphs (e.g.: writing "U" "connector" "S"): You can decide to connect with it the upper side of the two glyphs or the bottom side, or add some serifs... The possibilities are a million! The upper and bottom connectors are in these glyphs: (, ), [, ], {, }, <, >, /, \... (Try all, please). To see a sample of some of they at work, please type (or copy-paste) in the User Input Screen this: I [L{O>V[E [F>S A dozen fonts in one!... Please, play and enjoy! PS: The font works too without connectors, you see.

Trying to solve the UC dam#%/%@& kerning. Inspired in the font "Armstrong" -created by the great Rian Hughes (sorry, master)-, but with own personality, IMHO. I've worked a lot on details in the glyphs, especially in the lowercase's ones, including new shapes, ligatures, numbers and other extended signs... The font still "In Progress" today for me. Hope you like it!

Inspired by beate. My third ScriptComp entry. Some letters are more like 'connected italic' than a 'traditional' script. Press the grave accent to get the Th ligature.

my 2nd entry in Scriptcomp. after working on this a while, i remembered cayo's font Scanografia (view here: http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/222936) mine is a different concept and not original handwriting, but similar technique. i'm sure if his was eligible, it would be a contender for sure. mine was fun to do and maybe UC one of these days :)This is a clone

A little experiment I have long wanted to do: The letters connect to eachother, eventhough they are unconnected to themselves. This makes some quite interesting shapes, but it also makes it harder to read.

A stencil script font, my second ScriptComp entry. For a connected space, use the low line (_). / and \ are waves that connect with the letters, and the circumflex (^) is a high line. For an automatic fl ligature, use f\.

07/30/13-08/02/13 I went through and adjusted some characters, and I added more punctuation. V1.1.0
