Flame font cloned from FS Slyte by ETHproductions. Made for my first project at Bristol UWE. I looked at the theme of energy. I first looked at energy drinks, creating my KRATINGDAEN font, but then looked at creating a fire font, eventually coming up with this irregular, semi-burning, roman style serif. This font was designed to be used on a larger scale, for title text - think 50pt and upwards. This is a clone of fs slyte

Conduit is a display font inspired by electricity pylon designs from around the world. Each letter has a sturdy, structured look, featuring latticed crossbeams and a thick angular outline.
Conduit is great for making an impact if used sparingly, but not so good for large bodies of text. It’s also well suited to larger sizes, showing off it’s detailed structure and utilising it’s bold design to the fullest. This is a clone

I created this typeface when set a typography task on my Graphic Design project at UWE. My chosen theme is 'Energy' I took this further by looking into energy drinks and their existing products' labels at the moment. I was inspired by the effective look of bubbles so based my typeface on this. Every letter's bubbles are different which makes it a unique font. This typeface would be best suited promoting events, products and maybe awareness advertising that are linked with fizziness, water or drinks etc. This is a clone

Inspired by the geometric mazes created by nuclear power circuits, this typeface has been designed so each character works not only in its conventional place but with the space around it also. The aim was to reduce complexity to achieve a unique effective typfeace.

As part of a project for my graphic design course at UWE, our brief was to create a typeface based on a theme. I chose vibration as my theme as I explored my theme I was drawn to line graphs which help record the frequency of sounds. I wanted my typeface to resemble this like it was on an ECG monitor. I also looked at John Skelton’s pinpression typeface which truly inspired my font, having continuous lines connecting all of the characters was very important and finding his work showed me that it was possible. This is my first attempt at creating a typeface and there are still alterations that need to be done.

This is my font that I created for my University Brief.
I wanted to express energy with this font and designed it around the natural electrical build up of lightning.

First year UWE student. Our task was to create a typeface based on a chosen word. I picked 'energy' and went on to look at concept art and power stations and all things radiating.
