hey fellas. let me introduce my personal CROSSOVER of "arial" and "times new roman", two of the most famous fonts of western typefaces. nicely presented in a scetchy pencil drawn quickie style :) it's just lower case yet, but i wanted to share it. upper case, numerals and symbols to come. really :) this is especially tasty in small pixel sizes! thanks for attention! try it... *UNDER FONSTRUCTION*

This is my first FontStruction while currently studying graphic design at Bristol UWE. Lots of experimentation solely using paints; quick hand movements and flicks to produce a messy, unrefined effect. Working in less than 1 second for each letter (with real paints), used as reference. Inspired by East Asian calligraphy.

I produced this for my "communicating with words" first year module on the BA(Hons) Graphic Design course at UWE Bristol, England. It pays homage to Ralph Steadman and is a true testament to what you can do on fontstruct, if you’re willing to spend a week in front of a computer in your underpants. This typeface has been created based on the theme 'Vibration'. I tried out a wide range of experimentation when it came to producing hand rendered work, as I felt I needed to work out what would best capture the general sense of the word. I tried using inks on elastic bands, attaching pens to a playstation controller and drawing, photographing food colouring over a speaker; all sorts. Finally, I decided I needed something which really reflected the word clearly. I looked at the white noise and the trails that you get on the television, and applied this feel to a sans serif font I had made based on Georgia (minus the Serifs) One of the most time comsuming things I've ever done, hope its been worth it. Any comments welcome.This is a clone

This one was a long time in the works. If you liked Knutz and Boltz you'll really dig this one. Probably no numbers or extra characters to come I'm afraid. The caps were a ton of work alone. Enjoy.

the DOT experience continues... It gives you an unexpected kind of FREEDOM creating lines with dots. This time i doubled the resolution by using 2x2 circles. Finally your eye can help making curves of any size look complete and entirely smooth! Oh my god... I see more possibilities now than ever before!! That technique of "dotting", as i call it, will make my brain bust, i guess. :P May the force be with me!

something i've been working on recently. i'm still looking for a solution to virtually increase my screen resolution, so i would have more grid space. i don't know if the line strength is consistent and i propably won't start with the capital letters until then. anyway i thought i might as well throw this in to see what you guys think about it so far.

My final entry in the competition. Inspired by Mazey, zlabyrinths eYe/FS, and wavelength. Each glyph has its own maze, and each maze connects with the next. Tilde ~ and low line _ connect words, grave ` closes beginnings and ends, and the left and right arrows < > are for the start and end. There are also some alternates in Extended Latin A. Suggestions and critiques are welcome. Thanks!

04/06/14 The whole font has been updated to be one brick taller, and thus properly fit onto a grid. Also, some characters have been redesigned. V2.0
05/13/14 All punctuation has been modified to continue a word maze. V2.1
07/05/14 1000 downloads! Hooray! As a 'thank you', I've completed more of More Latin. V2.2
08/22/14 I've made the accents part of the maze. I've also changed a few characters, and added Œ and œ. V2.3
08/04/15 Added Polish support with Ą, Ć, Ę, Ł, Ń, Ś, Ź, and Ż. Tweaked a few characters as well, and added a crossbar to the ð. V2.4

06/18/16 Added support for multiple languages with more Cyrillic chars and punctuation. Also tweaked a few chars.

The letters can easily be made more legible. But it gets to be FUN & a-MAZE-d. Every letter/word has a solution. 4 types of spaces: space bar, @, #, %. Try it.

One of my old designs brought up-to-date with FS 2.0 I have changed the name from 'RM Albion Too' to 'RM New Albion' because, whilst I liked the word play of the former, I thought it was a tad trite (and a bit Anglo-centric).

An improvement of the former (Headless/Tangle, now called Tangled Hairline); This version is bolder and simpler with more striking 'chaos motion' lines. This version is perhaps more decorative looking than the original and definitely more ordered in the sense of the letterforms to enable usability.This is a clone

I intended to make some sort of an M.C.Escher tribute here. I'm sorry this isn't very complete and far from being perfectly well done, but it somewhat started to make me feel dizzy...;) And even though I'm not very convinced by this, I don't think I'd come up with a way better execution soon.

I hope for Mr Escher that there are better tribute fonts for him out there! He'd definitely deserve it...

It was by the way funk_king's Impossible Alphabet that reminded me of this unfinished thing laying around in my messy unpublished fontstructions box, and made me take it out and finish it. (If you can call 42 characters "finished".)

Also check out Frodo7's Hommage à Escher, geneus1's IsoMatrix 3D, and funk_king's Soma for some other great Escher-esque fontcrafting!

Exactly one year ago two of my cousins, Chris and Cleofe, got into a dealer-loaned Lexus for a trip after their main car was being repaired. Cleofe's husband, a CHP officer, was driving and their teen daughter was along for the ride. While on the freeway, the accelerator became stuck and they lost control of the car. As the runaway vehicle sped up to over 100 mph, all four passengers were killed in a fiery crash in the San Diego River. The loss was unquantifiably devastating. This immensely tragic event led my aunt to testify before congress with damning evidence that would initiate the recall of millions of Toyota vehicles. Requiemme Decorum was created on the way down to southern California for the funeral services. For Chris, Cleofe, Mark, and Mahala, may you all rest in peace and love.This is a clone

Periculum. Rooted in the latin word for 'Dangerous.' This was an experiment in using FontStruct without filters. It reminded me of why I use filters 90% of the time. There aren't as many solutions possible. Periculum died after a bad copy and paste malfunction. The resurrection process was like walking on eggshells, but here it is. Lowercase was rushed a bit just to get it out there for Aphoria. The smoothness comes with the combination of preview scaling and anti-aliasing. It has to be scaled at just the right size to look convincing for on-screen purposes. This makes it more ideal for non-print related usage. 060415. Numbers 101815. Symbols added. Preview looks normal on the font's page, but not on the 'Handgloves' listing.This is a clone

FontStruct bricks used to build a font set made of LEGO bricks.

Note that "_" can be used to add a blank space six units large, and "^" can be used to add a blank space one unit large.

Use Legorama Fill to add a perfectly matching color to the text letters.

This is my first fontsruction since studying at Uwe. I started looking at decay before looking into wood decay and the fungi and mushrooms that grow from it. Here I have make each letter resemble a mushroom.
