If you type with CAPS LOCK the letters will be quarter notes. If you type without caps lock the letters will be half notes (at the end of a sentence they will be either dotted half or dotted quarter.) Numbers are whole notes.
Don't hit space at the beginning of a sentence because space makes notes eighth notes. Just play around with the font and you will see what I mean

The second half of the two part set of Music Notation fonts. With both fonts you can compose using all musical techniques. (Part 2 of 2 - Not yet functional)This is a clone of Music Notation: Basic (1 of 2)

doesn't use anything new, but with all the energy on the site today, i got motivated to finish something :) i guess this is a multi-inline, pseudo-stencil-ish, art deco-ish type of font.

prototype for a family of fret fonts. this has been done before, but i wanted to try one. since there are so many chords, it is necessary to split according to logical groups. this is the first (AB), there will also be CD and EF. lower chords in lc and higher chords in uc. i think this organization will work, but if there are any guitar players, let me know what you think :)

Still a work in progress, but this is a font for quick and dirty musical notation.
z, a, q, and 1 are low 'a.' Each is a different duration (eigth, quarter, half, whole). Use shift on those to go up an octave.
Space is for formatting; one space between notes usually works.
Brackets are left/right staff ends, and vertical line | is the measure divider.
The right side of the keyboard is used for flats and sharps.
Plus and minus are time signatures (still working on those).
Backslash is a repeat sign, and tilde is measure repeat.
` is a treble clef.

the DOT experience continues...
It gives you an unexpected kind of FREEDOM creating lines with dots.
This time i doubled the resolution by using 2x2 circles.
Finally your eye can help making curves of any size look complete and entirely smooth!
Oh my god...
I see more possibilities now than ever before!! That technique of "dotting", as i call it, will make my brain bust, i guess.
:P
May the force be with me!
