This is my little contribution to the fantastic recovering universe
called LETTERS OP MAAT by the great @Sed4tives about the typographic world of the dutch artist and typographer Jurriaan Schrofer. Btw, I sincerely apologize to @Sed4tives for the undue delay and the time it took to publish this exciting addition to his magnificent series (I'm sure he thought I'd forgotten, didn't he, comp4ñero?). Hope you like and enjoy these two fonts in one.

GUIDE TO FIND GLYPHS:

- Curved left unicase: A to Z + Ç, Ñ, Æ, Œ.

- Curved right unicase: a to z + ç, ñ, æ, œ.

- Curved left numbers: 0 to 9.

- Curved right numbers: for 0 type %, 1=<, 2= =, 3=>, 4=[, 5=], 6={, 7=|, 8=}, 9=^.

- Other curved left glyphs like ., , , ”, ’, ', ?, !, @, $, &, (, ) and -: in their own glyphs, plus :=/.

- Other curved right glyphs: ”=“, ’=‘, '=", @=*, &=#, -=+, .=:, ,=;, $=`,:=\, ?=¿, !=¡, (=_, )=~...

A font based on that used by certain chain printers (or similar printers) in the 1960s-1970s era. This font was generated using a single set of printouts, and might be the font from the IBM 1403 chain printer (with the 120-character "T" chain installed, for the math symbols... if this actualy is the "T" chain, there should be lowercase letters as well...).

This typeface was created on the main theme of 'Protection' that i later explored in the idea of fences and how they can protect us from the outside world. I wanted my letters to connect with one another creating the illusion of a fence and potraying unity.

Another handwriting script style font. Some suggestions for a better results: 1) You can put an additional bar (placed in the "<" and ">" glyphs) before typing a lowercase word. 2) And it's also convenient to add an extra space before writing a word with a capital letter to improve the separation between they. But you're the boss with it. Enjoy.

Uppercase font. Based in antique romanian alphabets, but modernized. Contains the romanian A, S and T special diacritics (at the <, > and ^ glyphs), and an extra U in the lowercase because the traditional romanian U looks like a V to me. Created during a summer vacation, when travel was still easy.

Узкий акцидентный шрифт с нерегулярным чёрным создаёт особое ощущение. Может показаться недостаточно изысканным, но лёгкая грубоватость, наивные капли и скромные засечки дарят шрифту его искренность. Набор дополняют все возможные лигатуры. Идеально подходит для постеров к фильмам.

Designed to automatically adapt an English keyboard into Japanese characters. Clone of Katakana カタカナ by fontstructor "williamsharkey". He left his work unfinished, and I took it upon myself to finish it. How it works is relatively simple. To make, for example, the Japanese letter "ku" type "k" and then "u". The "k" will bring up the k column. Next the "u" button brings up the appropriate mask for the desired letter. To make a,i,u,e, or o alone, just capitalize it. ex: "haiku" would be typed "haIku" for it is made of three letters. ha-I-ku.This is a clone of Katakana カタカナ

Very rough Script. Vertical design with 45degres connection. Each individual glyph are unsightly but combine in words it has its charm. -- Use Uppercase for the first letter of each word -- All lowercase are connected.

Based on the Arancito fontstruction, a set of playful modular elements to create banners and borders, including a small collection of fleurons.

Upper case is for horizontal borders and decorations; lower case is for terminals; numerals and basic punctuation are for fleurons; @ contains the Arancito symbol.

So here is the reworked TESTAMENT version of my entry which won a price. As it is part of FS HIstory, i updated the initial file and did not make a new one as for the rest of the series. This always amazed me this one won as for me it was surely not the strongest of my 3 entries, maybe it was because this one had more to do with a designer work with its pictogrammatic esthetic...

A pixel-city. That means it is a pixelated city. A city that is made of pixels. PIXELS, not bricks. Modern economical form of letters should consist of standardized geometry, ie a straight line and arc (...). Readability results from the habit. Overcoming the habits and prepare the ground for the introduction of the letters in printing can be achieved by their use in graphics, posters, headlines, etc. W. Strzeminski (1932) does it work?

Exactly one year ago two of my cousins, Chris and Cleofe, got into a dealer-loaned Lexus for a trip after their main car was being repaired. Cleofe's husband, a CHP officer, was driving and their teen daughter was along for the ride. While on the freeway, the accelerator became stuck and they lost control of the car. As the runaway vehicle sped up to over 100 mph, all four passengers were killed in a fiery crash in the San Diego River. The loss was unquantifiably devastating. This immensely tragic event led my aunt to testify before congress with damning evidence that would initiate the recall of millions of Toyota vehicles. Requiemme Decorum was created on the way down to southern California for the funeral services. For Chris, Cleofe, Mark, and Mahala, may you all rest in peace and love.This is a clone

This is a work in progress to produce a font capable of printing common katakana characters from Japanese. Because Katakana are usually romanized to two English letters, IE "ka","se","te" I made a "subtractive font". When one types the letter "k", the characters for "ka","ki","ku","ke", and "ko" appear. Then, when one types a vowel, a,e,i,o or u, a mask is applied that blocks out opposing vowel combinations. For the Katakana representing a i u e or o, just type the capital vowel.

Another script experiment, again with a pinch of blackletter, but also with a solid lacing of rock'n'roll... For the fun/easiness of it, this was done with pre-2.0-features only. Funny how this already gives is an old-school feel. :)

A lot of refinement is still to be done... Suggestions are, as always, welcome!

And I will probably add some more latin characters soon...
