After so many years, thanks to the amazing nudge feature it's been finally possible for me to recreate Mionta, my 2010 SportsComp entry, the way it should be. No awkward faux-Bézier this time around!
It was very fun and a bit challenging to arrange all the bricks together so that they form 16 times smaller versions of the original characters.
I did alter some letters and characters however. The ampersand was especially ugly in the original version. I also changed the look of the period (as well as the dots in colon and semicolon respectively). The positioning of left and right quotation marks was my conscious choice, it's a bit more aesthetically appealing to me that way. Double quotation marks are also sort of more ornamental and can serve a purely decorative purpose (this is also why "<" and ">" look the way they look - similar idea). And the percent sign, I love it so much that I think I'm going to marry it.
Due to FontStruct's limitations, diagonal lines in K and N couldn't be preserved. Also, tracking isn't as tight, because we can't go below -1, but I think it's a good thing in this case.
Just like before - make sure to try out fake italics!
More fonts to come in very near future.
- minor corrections
- & was still a little bit off
- bar in lowercase t is now a bit raised
^and that renders the sample picture outdated, fantastic. This is a clone of Mionta

My recreation of two fonts used for posters in Half-Life 2 that can't be found anywhere and seem to be only used in a few locations throughout the game. Only 3 letters of each font was shown, I adapted the original style and improvised the rest. Now available for everyone!!!

Bon^2's new "trademark" font for all things that are non logos.
This font is designed to be stylish and readable with ease, while keeping that neat style from certain videogames from decades ago.

I'm going to share this with all you fontstructors as an x-mas gift. Feel free to clone, remix and do whatever with it. Only commercial use is out.

I hope this qualifies as an inline ;) Each letter consists of one continuous line, zig-zagging back and forth to create the illusion of high contrast. The letters A, G, J, K, M, R, U, V, W, Y, Z have alternates in lower case. Other letters may need some more work.

A wide bodied typeface for bit mapped urban culture. DAQ or data acquisition is the sampling of signals that measure physical conditions and the conversion of these signals into digital values to be manipulated by a computer DAQ type is a new-bit mapped for both print and web which brings back the glory days of 8 bit backing tracks and penny sized pixels.

A wide, serifed, 5px-tall pixel font inspired by Clarendon typefaces, made for an NES-style videogame. Intended for font sizes divisible by 8. Pairs well with my other font, Marietta Seven.
