french-based deco-font i made
This is a clone of Sophistry Book ModularBased on the font 'Kettler' (Eric Olson, 2002), which in turn is a tribute to the great 'Courier' (1955) by Howard "Bud" Kettler. As often happens to me, this recreation was born from the attempt to improve some characteristics of the original glyphs that I considered appropiated, in addition to being able to have a personal modern typewriter font. The monospace of this kind of letters has been a bit relaxed on this occasion. PS: Thanks for the helpful hand from @Sed4tives!

So the idea behind this one is that as you type you're creating a city scene. The spaces are empty intersections. The slash marks are slightly askew telephone poles. The quotation marks are flocks of birds. Etc. From a distance it can be a bit illegible. It's primarily meant for large letters or close up scrutiny.
A FUTURISTIC LETTER “A”!!
MY FUNNY LETTER “K”!!
AN OVER-EXTENDED EM DASH!!
WEIRD UPSIDE-DOWN CYRILLIC LETTERS THAT NOBODY’S HEARD OF!!
IT’S ALL HERE IN MY NEW FONT — ALDRON.
I THOUGHT THAT THIS FONT NEEDED MORE ATTENTION THAN THE ONE THAT I CLONED IT FROM, WHICH WAS MADE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. AS WELL AS ADDING THE LATIN AND GREEK ALPHABETS, I MADE A FEW ADDITIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CYRILLIC LETTERS AS WELL AS SPACING. AND UNLIKE ITS PREDECESSOR, THIS ONE IS KERNED.
IT WAS QUITE A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE, ACTUALLY, ADAPTING A CYRILLIC FONT FOR LATIN INSTEAD OF VICE VERSA.

A fork of Watercolor by Icelar that includes makeshift symbols for the letters I need to type in the Marshallese language (āḷṃṇñōọū).
This is a clone of WatercolorMore of an experiment than an attempt at an amazing typeface, but I thought it'd be a fun entry nonetheless. Don't let the creation date fool you: I started this design in early 2014. There were many issues that had to be remedied before publishing, most notably the lack of characters and major discrepancies between the shapes of serifs (some were entirely triangular, others entirely curved). It's still heavily a work in progress. Suggestions are encouraged, especially for the Q and punctuation. Thanks and enjoy!
This is a cloneI created this typeface around the theme of gregarious, focusing on gregarious plants. I started with drawing the letterforms in ink using a rolled up leaf. The results were twig-like marks which reminded me of the illustrations from 'A Monster Calls' so I developed the letters thinking how they could work alongside this or another story. The name 'This Wild Earth' is taken from the book and I think reflects the scratchy and bold feel of the typeface.
Home blends contemporary sans-serif characters, created using negative space, with ornate mosaic patterns to form a decorative display font in the style of kitchen tiles. Each character is unique - set against four identical patterned tiles. This typeface is very versatile and functional insofar as that it has the potential to be used in a variety of diverse settings such as magazine article headings, pottery and ceramic prints, wall-hangings and shop signage.
