TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Select expert mode.

Step 2: On the taskbar, select Advanced and then Unicode letter sets.

Step 3: Use the search bar to look up CJK United Ideographs Extension A 1 and CJK United Ideographs 1 to view/edit the glyphs.

Here is eight basic CJK Strokes (U+31C0, U+31CF, U+31D0, U+31D1, U+31D2, U+31D3, U+31D4, and U+31DA).

This is a kanji font, it will be downloadable when im done working on this font.

I tried making a font of kanji

I think i realized why no one tried making one before: There's too many characters to draw in a consistent style

A font in which Japanese or half-width alphanumeric characters are written in 15 × 15 pixels.

１５×１５のピクセルで文字を書いたフォントです。

Postscript: The version made with fontforge has been released.
You can use more kanji here, and you can also write vertically.

追記：fontforgeで製作したバージョンを公開しました。
こちらでは漢字をより多く使えますし、縦書きもできます。
