This is the font used in the Super Mario video games released in the early years of the Nintendo DS, such as Super Mario 64 DS, Mario Kart DS, and New Super Mario Bros.
The Glyphs of this font alone can't be read properly, since this font was designed to be complemented with its Outline version (https://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/1760394/super-mario-ds-version-outline), so please don't forget to download that one first.
This is a clone of Super Mario: DS Version (Outline)Includes A-z (Uppercase & lowercase are the same as each other)
Also includes 0-9, Double Quote ("), Single Quote ('), Question Mark (?), space ( ), and U with umlaut/diaresis (Ü).
I might make custom punctuation and accents, as well as the japanese font in the game.

If you like recreations of fonts, here's the pixelated Comic Sans font in Baldi's Basics: https://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/1636406/sans-pixel
and the NES font https://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/1581047/nintendo-font-1
This is a clone of Super Mario 64Just a doodle. Reminds me of typesetter's forms.
Every pixel of the negative space is trying to approach the letters in the positive space. But, they are repelled from the letters by a 1px border. This leads to a look that is not quite filled, not quite grunge, and not quite maze-like. The filled voids seem obviously anomalous, but can only reinforce the forms they attempt to engulf.
"Tacit Affront" is an anagram for "Artifact Font".
This font was inspired by crockery decorated with a name which I saw offered in a car boot sale. My font's UC has delicately decorated glyps, visible before food is placed on the plates; LC shows plates after the meal, with food remnants covering/filling parts of glyphs ;)
