Thanks again to Isaiah Garcia for sharing More Curves.
Hello! This is CUBE30, a simple isometric font, inspired by Escher's work and pixel-y stuff. This is still a work in progress, so I'll probably make it available for everyone soon. Hope you like it!
P.S. If some stuff looks weird like some letters or the spacing, just tell me! I could always tweak it. uwu
Meet ERROR! the elder cousin of Rocket Ride, with some distortions here and there. There is an alternatively glitched ? on < and ! on >.\
Looks legible at pixel size, doesn't it?
This is a clone of Rocket RideMade for fun, I wanted glyphs with the look of 'construction' to write a name on a gift tag. Even though it looks simple like a child's work it required 25 minutes and several half-saves plus time to restart the computer after an annoying browser crash. This design will end up in my collection of pixel brick work.
inspired by the logo for auricom from the wipeout games. used for a company logo. also my first time messing around with the connect bricks. not too ambitious, but makes for good displays and still interesting i think.
another display logotype. this one is a recreation of the logotype used in the logo for "Triakis" from WipEout.
also, out of curiousity, I am asking fellow fontstructors to leave a comment saying how much time they spend designing typefaces. I feel like I'm cranking these out and should probably spend more time fine-tuning.
also want to thank everyone for their constructive comments & compliments. it is very encouraging to see such talented designers leaving nice comments.
This font makes use of More Curves. Thanks again, Isaiah Garcia
ultra grooves. these letters connect to each-other. you can use the '-' to connect letters from the top, and '_' to connect letters from the bottom. not all letters will connect, so try experimenting with the upper/lower cases to see which alts will connect to each other. i did my best to come up with as many combinations as possible, but if i missed any that you think could work, please let me know.
This is finished as far as I see useful for this competition. Based on Spheretta 5.7 by arseniiv from 2011 which I cloned quite a while ago as the uneven spacing-positioning of the dots on the ring could be improved with new fontstructor's features. I sent him a message about my clone but assume he hasn' frequented FS for a while, so he doesn't know about how I developed his idea and won't see that I've used part of his design in my "future comp" submission.
Still mulling this one over.
It started with the A which looked like a car and then the S which looked like a car with a flashing light on the roof. The other letters just came in shivering from the cold weather.
