This is a clone of EASyPlus Text V2Something I had been on and and off again working on for some time, making sure everything looked alright before I so much as thought about placing this creation onto here for all to witness.
Decided to impose a limit on myself when creating this font, such as width and height after being inspired by seeing translations of old video games. I had to get a bit creative with some of the characters and how I could make them look good without butchering them too badly.
I do hope you enjoy using this font as much as I enjoyed making it.
7/4/22 - Decided to add a VI to the name of the font, after the width I limited myself to using.
27/4/22 - Came across two glyphs that needed a bit of fixing, the registered sign, which was a width over, and Single Low-9 Quotation Mark, which needed to be moved a pixel down.

This font has been designed to code, it implies it is monospaced.
Kubasta is a monospaced pixel font designed with legibility in mind. The glyphs are easily distinguishable from one another and legible even in small sizes. It’s perfectly applicable for retro style interfaces and games.
An earlier version was created with BitFontMaker2 in 2014 and featured in Beat Cop by Pixel Crow.
This is my attempt to make the smallest possible font. Each character fits inside a 3x3 pixel square (4x4 pixels if you include the space between characters). This font can be useful where pixel space is at a premium, like on an LED matrix or a mechanical display.
I don't consider this a truly complete font because there is no distinction between the capital letters and small letters. Also, some of the special characters can be difficult to descern without context. Nevertheless, this font can create readable text strings and convey information using a minimum of resources.
I am publishing this font under a Creative Commons license, so that anyone can use it for any purpose. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
Leave a comment if you make something cool with it!
