149 custom bricks for your perusal! Only custom bricks are in the palette, so you can clone this and easily start drawing right away.
I'll definitely be adding more with time. I love this sort of experimentation!

A doodle made with Brick Basket.
This has many uses! It works as a pixel font or a high-res one, and can generate a surprising range of visual effects.

Experimental 24-segment display or massive monochrome Mondrian matrix. Pixel compatible!
The thinking behind this one was that with incongruously sized segments arranged in the proper way, I would create a design which was effectively 5x5, but which accomodated more glyphs than 5x5 usually does. Negative space is incorporated into the structure of many glyphs, though not enough to classify this as an IVO design.
"Qualtron" is the name of an imaginary entity that a friend believed in - a being meant to represent the result of "a mathematical equation that can rule the universe". I didn't inquire further about it... :D

Design Rules:
1. Segments can have interior length/width of 2 or 5.
2. The central 2x2 square must always remain open.
3. Square bricks and 90-degree angles only.

Original size: 20.75pt (use multiples of this value for pixel perfection)
Brick Basket in a format that's more useable for graphic artists. While the original was made for building new font designs, this one is made to be useful as a font in its own right.
I will update this one, along with the original, any time I have new ideas. Both designs have bricks that are unique to them, as well. This is due to glitches I encountered while cloning as well as the fact that BBRev2's designs are specifically for graphic art. BBRev2 also contains a few stock FS bricks just to expand the range of textures it can create.
This is a clone of Brick BasketCloned from Vertalics originally, but not one single block remains.
This is a free font version from my commercial font family, Lephnia, which includes Lephnia Drop Caps.
Outlined novelty sans font in a black weight with a repeating pattern, or texture, which is a mesh grid. This font demands to be seen in large (poster/billboard/titling/header/headline) sizes.
This font is Copyright 2018 & 2019 Doug Peters ( https://www.Doug-Peters.com/ or https://Dougs.Work/ ) and released as demo freeware under the SIL Open Font License. You are entitled to use this font however you want. Credit for my original work IS greatly appreciated. There is a version with lowercase and more glyphs I'll offer to donators.

This typeface is based on the hand-painted names seen on the side of canal boats. The inconsistent, grainy texture of each letter is meant to represent the irregularities in using paint, for example the general wear and tear from the elements like chipped or peeling edges. This was my approach to the idea of “analogue” and a brief set to explore what that means. To me, in the context of the brief, analogue could be defined as possessing a nostalgic or "old school" quality- something replicated in an unauthentic manner in order to create a look-alike imitation of a time gone by. I focused on the old method of transport in Bristol: boats.
