Partly inspired by those DYMO LabelWriters that were ubiquitous in the 1970s... This is not yet complete; I still have to add lots of punctuation. Diacritics might be coming, too... Stay tuned.

A beveled font that has a mid-20th-century vibe to it. Layer the upper and lower cases in different colours.
Upper case is highlight, lower case is solid. Numbers are solid, their corresponding punctuation is highlight. Period and comma go with colon and semicolon.
UPDATED 25 February 2009: Fixed spacing on X, Y, and 7 so lowercase and uppercase line up.This is a clone of Chromatose

Simple drop-shadow font, works great as a pixel font too.
I hope i'll find the time to add the more latin letters soon...

A normal font with a shadow behind it in the same color. Great for headings and titles. This font only includes letters and numbers - no punctuation or symbols included.

I produced this for my "communicating with words" on the graphic design course at UWE Bristol, England. It inspired by weight and gravitation. The way different part drop down away from the base lines, it showed the gravitation on earth.

This is my second attempt at the theme "shadow". The letters have been stripped of all and are just shadows of their former selves.

This typeface was created around the theme "shadow". Without light shadows cannot exist, the typeface explores the presence of shadows around intense light concentrated on an area (in this case in the shape of alphabets). For each letter the lower cases are bound to the upper cases showing the relationship between light and darkThis is a clone

This is for my first project at uwe bristol, it was my first time using the software fontstruction. Influenced by a book named 'elsewhere'. It isn't completely finished and some letters are in the process of being changed. Extra characters coming soon...

I wanted to create a typeface that played with negative space. I didn't want to make full characters, but implied shapes.

This typeface is defined by its bold, black triangles found in every character. It has high contrast through the use of thick and thin strokes. The thin strokes help create an outlined, but transparent shadow that gives it a stenciled/carved look. Shadow Point is a decorative typeface, best used for headlines and expressive text. It is not recommended for body text.

When I first heard the theme of ‘Continuous’ I thought of pieces of string or pipelines. I was going to incorporate this element of solid continuity into my font. However I decided to express continuity through negativity. I highlight areas of letters that are not usually focused on as the main criteria. I paid attention to the corners, as they have proven vital in forming legibility. In a way, I was experimenting with what is the absolute minimum required to provide legibility.
