While you've put a lot of work into this font, it does seem very off. Most notably, the letters and numbers are all different sizes. I recommend you turn on guides to help you make all the letters the right height. Also, why do you have all-caps for Latin, but both cases for Greek? You should be consistent, and for a Unicode font like you're aspiring for, it's highly recommended to have lowercase letters. And your lowercase letters (when you have them) are really tiny.
