The original font from the dynamic highway signposts / variable-message signs (dWiSta) in Hesse, Germany!
Many non-alphanumeric characters which aren't used on the signs, are replaced with icons used on the signs, e.g.:
§ (paragraph) = Autobahn A3
% (percent) = Autobahn A5
$ (dollar) = Autobahn A67
| (vertical bar) = traffic jam
@ (at-sign) = construction
= (equal sign) = airport
# (hashtag) = stadium
etc. etc.

I just now discovered how brilliantly handy the 2x2 filters are. This is the nearest I've ever come to a foundry-quality neo-grotesque on Fontstruct. I couldn't get some of the lowercases to work right so (since I was falling asleep in my chair at the time) I just made it small-caps. Since then, I've also made a regular version with lowercases.

One of the fonts used on the Becker Cascade in-car satellite navigation system. This is the large font mainly used in media mode for song name display. Original font remains © Harman Becker Automotive Systems GmbH. Redrawn by hand/eye. I've created characters that I had reference material for and created my own variations of characters that can be deduced from the rest of the set.

inspired by oldschool video racing games, but also by lapcounters in formula one. Every dot of this's got a size of 5x5 bricks!!! the reason for choosing such a superhigh resolution, was the idea to create an italic angle, which is impossible to do with the FSapplet. This is followed by a LOWER case plus numbers, called "pole position l/c". however...cheers,community and fontlovers!
