Some characters in the Latin Extended-F block are superscripts of some characters in the Latin Extended-G block, so the latter block could also be done afterwards.
I mean, for example, two zeros three ones (00111) -> 023 (the reason for the leading 0 is that the un-truncated number starts with 0, and if the number starts in 1, the truncated version doesn't need any leading number).
