Some glyphs are directly delicious (like the "&" and many others, especially in the lower case). Have you thought about trying to link the lower arms of the "R" and "k" with the uppers? I think that would work better, but this may be a differential sign for the font, if you want it in that way. The "e" is my "ugly duck", but the difference is the taste.
The 'e' was a challenge, but I've grown kind of fond of how it turned out.
How about this for alternate e?
I've created an alternate 'e' inspired by yours in the IPA set.
@will: Interesting... not exactly what I had in mind, but maybe I'll play with what you've come up with... :-)
