Recreation of the pixel font from "Star Force" (aka "Mega Force", 1984) by Tehkan (now Tecmo). Of note are the funky copyright and phonographic copyright symbols. Only the characters from the game's tile set have been included.

This pixel font recreation is a combination of the font used in Centuri's "Phoenix" (1980, developed by Amstar) its follow-up "Pleiads" (1981, by Tehkan aka Tecmo) and SNK's "Safari Rally" (1979, NOT distributed by Centuri, raising some questions about the true origin of this font).
Only the characters present in the tile sets of the games have been included.

Recreation of the beautifully chunky pixel font from Tecmo's 1986 puzzle game "Solomon's Key". Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

Recreation of the pixel font used in Tecmo's side-scroller "Rygar" (1986) - notable for its rather anemic looking "Y" and the interesting vertical positioning of the single quote/double quote/comma. Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

Recreation of the pixel font used in Tecmo's arcade game "Tehkan World Cup" (1986, aka "Tecmo World Cup").
This was also used for the NES version of "Tecmo Bowl" (1989), minus most of the non-alphanumeric characters, even though the arcade version of "Tecmo Bowl" (1988) used a subtly different font.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

Recreation of the pixel font used in Tehkan/Tecmo's "Gridiron Fight" (1985). The same font was also used in the arcade version of "Tecmo Bowl" (1988). Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included. This is a clone of Tehkan World Cup
