Recreation of the font used in Capcom's epic wild west shooter Gun Smoke (1988) on the NES. Only the characters used in the game (and present in the ROM) have been included - if you need some missing special character, I'd suggest combining it with my Nintendoid 1 or 2.

@Goatmeal thanks fella...i blame @codeman38 for showing me tools to access the actual ROM content of NES games...and the fact that, as a new dad, i've got plenty of "dead" time in the middle of the night in between feeding the baby ;) lots more fonts to come soon...

@redux - agreed; I've been a fan of @Codeman38 since I discovered his website back in 2000. He was one of the pioneers in rescuing lost, wayward video game fonts and turning them into TTFs...

BTW: Not to steal any of your thunder, but here's my versions from the original arcade game. They include the colored icons in a two-tone effect:

Very nice job. Let's hope your baby sleeps well between the "meals". I really appreciate your effort to bring these pixel fonts back from oblivion. Is there any way to learn the name(s) of the original designer(s)?10/10
