Really beautiful and pure. It's a wonderful result of your efforts. But as I see, you forgot to manage the spacing! In the sample text, it looks really weird. And to the other glyphs, the lowercase t looks a bit starnge in context. I think the middle line should be on the height of the l/c.
Ahhh!!! Indeed! I have accidentally forgotten the spacing! Thank you for pointing this out, and I have changed the t as well. Thanks for both your kind words! :)
Both the first & second two sets of f & t's are much better. I can't say which would work best, as I don't know what key they are in, so cannot do a comparison.
This is a really awesome font. Spectacular. But I'd like to see some punctuation before I download it. Not that I don't think it rocks more than a field of boulders (Haha, get it? ROCKs?), but what good is such an awesome font as this without punctuation? Great work nevertheless.
Hey guys, just came back from a month-long overseas trip so I have much to catch up. I'd like to ask if the comma works or if it's too small so that I can make some of the other punctuation. :D Thanks for all your encouraging comments!
PLEEEAASSEEE, add anything you can, numbers, more punctuations, extended latin, etc. I love the 'Q'. Awesome work! Don’t know why I didn’t comment on this one yet …
PLEASE PLEASE please PLEASE Please please give us more zoom on the left hand side of the slider!!!! I'm going crazy working on this font for long periods of time....and I totally need at least to complete the basic Latin section!!!!!!!
@3moDuDe The limit on the zoom slider helps to discourage people from working on very high resolution fonts. High resolution fonts tend to push the technical limits of FontStruct and can cause problems. So you're free to work on high-resolution fonts, but until the technology can better support them I'm not going to change the slider limits.
Your only option is a larger monitor or a higher monitor resolution. Amazing work anyway!
Hmm, I'm wondering, what height actually is this font? At present I'm trying to make something fairly simple, but I've not the faintest idea on what sizes would scale well. Your font is absolutely gorgeous so I'm really curious.
A very quirky and detailed observation.
I could be wrong, but I don't know any real words or many circumstance where "gj" or "qj" would be used next to each other.
It also seems to happen in the majority of fonts on my system.
Yeah I thought of that too, but unfortunately FS doesn't allow custom kerning (yet!) so I think the spacing for j would fit the more probable circumstances it occurs in such as "dj" in adjacent.
Kerning refers to the adjustment of white space between individual pairs of letters to improve the visual appearance of the font. Which is a feature not yet present in FS.
All the missing punctuation: not done yet! I'm still working on the numbers first so hold on to your seat; I'm sure they'll come soon.
2 questions: How do u add optical correction on FS, and why didn't u use a non-modular font maker?
anyway, great font, i'm looking forward 2 the rest of the numbers
Thank you for all your comments; sorry I've not been able to get on FS lately due to schoolwork!
@cablecomputer: I think I took about 3 weeks for its bulk and then randomly added a few things here and there.
@truth14ful: I added "optical correction" by placing bricks below the baseline / above the max height line and to the left of the start rule and to the right of the letter width line. I didn't use a non-modular font maker because honestly I'm not very good at manipulating Bézier curves to produce desired effects. Hope that answers your questions :D

Have you tried doing a smaller middle bar and top arm on the 'f'. It looks a bit top heavy, bulky and off balance.
Bravo! 10

Its just too amazing to miss!

I'd love to be able to clone it. *Puppydog face*
If you type "gj" or "qj", the j overlaps the descenders of the other letter.

By the way, where's all the missing punctuation?
