I wonder if an alt p that is the q flipped would be possible?

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 1st may 2023

@BWM: Here it is. Actually, I had thought so, but that second "p" had been left out.

Very appealing design you got here, evocative of a high technological sophistication, and structural quite clever. Instant Favo!

@elmoyenique - Wonderful outline design!  This has a very mid-to-late '90s vibe about it.  :^)

Really, thanks to whoever changed their vote from 10 to 9. These reality cures always come in handy.

Beautiful outline font. Bonus points for those 'cuts'!

Comment by four 5th may 2023

@Elmo: seems it happened to some of my fonts as well ;)

Comment by Sed4tives 7th may 2023

@Elmo: Sorry my friend, I can not reply via PM, prompting a "500 Internal Server Error".

But yeah, exactly what caught my eye as well, but nevermind indeed my friend, I care much more about real opinions like yours and those of other stick up members as oposed to these hooligans.

I wonder if capitals can be done here as in its pixelized version? Of course, the alternate glyphs would have to be moved (They can go into the Private Use Area if possible).

Comment by Bryndan W. Meyerholt (BWM) 31st may 2023

@BWM: I tried that, but I wasn't convinced by the results: some of the capitals looked very clunky compared to the rest of the font, and that wasn't what I was looking for. Thank you very much for your interest and continuous support.

@elmoyenique: Huh, I haven't heard of him or her, who is the "I vote 1" hater?

Comment by Kiên Trung (trungdangTrung Kiên) 1st december 2023

@Kien Trung: It's an old problem... Trolling is a state of mind, I know. I like to create fonts and I will do so here, but the fact that haters appear is very curious and it is important to stop and look at the moment when this happens. The first question is who wins with this trolling (neither the hated nor the hater). So who gets anything out of this? There are several alternatives that, although they may seem unviable at first, can explain some (not all) of these actions. But don't worry about it, old problem, you see.

Comment by elmoyenique 1st december 2023

As I already wrote somewhere, perhaps this may also be due to the fact that the add to favorites button and 1 star are very close, I probably accidentally gave someone one star when I visited the site from a smartphone.

Comment by Dmitriy Sychiov (Sychoff) 1st december 2023

Don't worry Dmitriy, assuming this is really your case. But this alone wouldn't explain the fact that this "vote 1" trolling is much more frequent than a one-time mistake could explain (and we've had complaints about this behavior for a long time, you know). Because it's simple: if you realize that you made a mistake and voted 1, nothing prevents you from voting 10 again (or whatever you want) and easily fix the mess.

Eh what are the gylphs fixed for

Comment by نايف 10th december 2023

I recently got targeted with mass-downvote trolling attack as well, but the severity of the attack made me noticed a somewhat unexpected but rather logical side effect. Balanced rating of previously lower rated fonts mine actually got higher calculated balanced rating values while remain having the same amount of votes. Its still not cool this nonsense even became a thing in the first place, but at least there is something positive in all of this!

Comment by Sed4tives 12th december 2023

I know this string is like 2 years old and fontstruct likely got updated but you can change your rating
