Having made some fonts like Archtalic, Antillic, I have an understanding of how difficult it can get with italics and fontstructor. What you've achieved here isn't just italics, but also the right way of connecting them. A definite 10!

I've added numbers and accents, and I'll finish Basic Latin soon.

I also was surprised by how well this works in a paragraph setting while I was messing around on MS Word. Here's a sample paragraph:
