@Lex & Kix: the A and X are now flipped (I'm so glad that shortcut exists now) and I think I agree - I'm too close to be objective. But still there's something wrong with X; it seems a little unbalanced, like it may topple at the slightest nudge.
The other one I'm not totally sure about is the K - I tried alternatives with diagonals, but annoyingly nothing else seemed quite as appropriate.
Perhaps some numbers would give it more structure by which to hone the letters...
I think it looks great, X and K included. My favourites would be the diagonal letters and the T. It's got a really pleasant balance between the chunkiness, the gaps and serifs.
Seeing as you asked for suggestions, I tried to make a nice K and came up with this (though I don't think its better, but hopefully it can help you on your way):
I could not have said you before how much I liked this font from the first time that I saw it, so now I do it. Fonts like this one are those that I wanted to be able to construct. Well done, I learn of this! 10/10.

i agree with lexkominek, exept for the Y. You should flip X and A :)
