This is my third entry to HeavyComp. Until recently it was not certain I could finish it. I had to delete the (duplicate) upper case letters, as they have slowed down the Fontstructor considerably. Too many bricks, I guess.
This color font has 5 layers only. The color hues/shades of gray were specially selected for the best possible bevel and shadow effect. I hope you like it.
I am a Patron since the beginning. I simply didn't want to change my avatar. I like it as it is. Patron payments won't stop unless a mass extinction occurs among FS members.
Some of the color fonts that rolled down the feed by guys like you and some other FS veterans have seriously got me thinking about becoming a Patron as well. Just amazing how you apply these to make the 3D bevel effect! _O_
@Goatmeal, Thalamic, BWM, Elmoyenique, and Four: thank you for your kind words and ratings. I think, I'll add support for Latin-1 Supplement in the future. It would exceed the 48 brick limit, which no longer applies.
@ elliqvl: Actually, the number of layers/colours is five. 1) North and East = light grey; 2) NW and SE = medium grey; 3) W, S, SW and the background = dark grey; 4) shadows = black; 5) front face = aquamarine. Shall I add a sixth layer of white for NE?
@elmoyenique: Thank you. I had to remove the (identical) lowercase letters because the font was too big. I will expand the Latin and Cyrillic support as much as possible. However, the design is very limiting.
Earlier today, I noticed small defects in this work (magenta circles). Only a few glyphs were affected. See the corrected version in the Preview window.

@Sed4tives - Patrons have the option of displaying a "Patron" badge on their avatar if they so choose via a check box on their "My Settings" page.
This is so cool. The chamfered corners make the glyphs even more spectacular.
This font is so cool. It reminds me of gemstones intricately cut to perfection.

The combination of bevelling and shadow makes these beautiful bold letters pop off the screen. The greyshades work really well together.

Looks like you've used colo(u)r limitations.
he wouldn't've any problem with one extra colour, the limit is eight, the font uses 6: he could've used one layer for white
either that or he didn't bother filling it in :/

Update: A white-colour layer has been added for the North-East faces. Basic Cyrillic support.
oh i probably miscounted as the background colour is the same as the W/SW/S shading colour
