i recall that in la 2 from RTVE (spanish version of BBC), there was an ad for fifa 26, and in the end it said "ojalá" in the fifa 26 font, which looked something like the sample

however, if you modify a GPL-licensed font that includes ALL the characters from the original font, then your modified font MUST be licensed in GPL.

“isn’t the WQY bitmap song licensed in GPL?” yes, that is true. but if you look at a font that is licensed in GPL, then copying it manually, you can change your font license to any.
