Very cool update. The maturity of fontstruct to allow for such a close recreation is obvious to those who use it and transparent to everyone else. You can't ask for more of a design tool.
I remember Chicago from my first MacIntosh. Good version. I like some of your decisions more than others, which I think are not so successful, but the overall result deserves my 10. Congrats.
@V. Sarela (Yautja) - I know it may sound strange coming from me, but I actually like seeing non-pixel versions of pixel fonts. You've done a great job with this one. :^)

All letters are pretty good except for the lowercase R. (I loved the Chicago lc R more)
Can you Show the outlined bricks of Number 7 glyph?
