Very interesting experiment.

Something to think about: Is the lowercase really needed?

I agree that the Uppercase is far stronger, but nice work.

Very nice design inspired by pixel fonts. I tend to agree with thalamic and p2pnut. You may not need a full set of lower case for a display font. No sane typographer would use KYRA 1 for the War and Peace. But instead of throwing it out the window, I would use selected glyphs of both the upper and the lower case to make a strong and consistent set. For instance, the H and X are almost identical; the g and 9 likewise. I would keep the v,x,n,y,l. You can, actually, keep more than one version of a letter if you want, as alternatives, in the same font. The Y looks like a beautiful goblet. Nice demo pic. 10/10

Thank a lot I love receive appreciation from other designer, that help me to look at my font with an other perspective.

I perfectly agree, my lowercase is much weaker than the Uppercase. I try to go as far as I can with the concept. By the end I was unable to remove the lowercase. I prefer let the the end user decide witch glyph to use in their work. Also the heignt is the same for Upper and lower so it can be easily mixed.

Kyra star with the T and Y. I try to decline all others glyphs. There is no square alone on the loose. They are always snap to a rounded corner make the diagonale harder to represent.
Some glyph I'm with unhappy with, v, r, b,d,p,q.
I agree X et H looks alike. I'll try to find something else. Of course if you look at thses two letter in bigger size, the difference is easyer to see.

thank again
I'm always please to receive your comments

Nice job! The only thing is that the lowercase is kind of the same and some are exactly the same. But over this is a nice font. Nice job on making 203 glyphs! Looks great in PXL view, even though it wasn't ment for that.

BTW The only gylphs i think could some work are V, z (it looks like a 2) and maybe you could make the ~ more like the sign on top of the letters. 9/10

thank at-at guy to look back at my first publish font :)

Well that was a concept that I try to push as far as I can: No diagonals, have an interior slab, and fill up as possible the 5by5 grid (like I, M)
Wihtout diagonals I've no clue how to design a regonizeable Z differentlly, all suggestions are welcome espacialy for my V ;)

I tend to agree with you my lowercase are not realy interesting, I should remove them

Tilde, normaly the diatric is smaller than the pontuation one. It's a nice suggestion the small one is more sexy I'll change it

I made a commecial font from the draft of KYRA: http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/urbanpixel/kyra/
thank again
