A chunky stencil font inspired by Communist Russia. Sorta going for the cosmonaut look. Extensive alphabet set with many Latin characters.

Just the right hint of unique stenciling for a totally fresh set. Nice.

Could you make a wider version? These spaces are really great as thalamic said. 9/10.
Comment by Neoqueto 9th March 2010
@ neoqueto, wider as in the letters themselves or the stencil spacing width? I'm sure either would be doable.
Comment by margaretnicholdesign 9th March 2010
Wait. I see what you mean... It doesn't want to let me set the space width... that's really weird...
Comment by margaretnicholdesign 9th March 2010
FYI (in case you don't know):
Advanced->View->LetterWidth (or just press W) to open the right side width adjustment (vertical green line). Move to desired width location further right (or further left, for that matter). Works for Space as well.

@thalamic, yeah I know, I've tried now setting it several times, and it just keeps reverting to it's original width...

I just cloned this fontstruction and tried adjusting the Space. It reverted back as you said. You might want to log that in as a 'I have a problem' under Contact at the bottom of this page.

There seems to be a problem with setting the width of the space in the latest version of the FontStructor. I'll try and fix it tomorrow. In the meantime a workaround is to 1. draw a pixel anywhere in the space glyph, 2. set the width of the space as desired 3. save 4. delete the pixel 5. save

The Problem should be fixed now (the next time you open the FontStructor)

Ok, just added a TON more characters to this font. A lot more Latin, should be helpful for those typing in French, Spanish and Italian etc.
