PxEFI Acer InsydeH2O 8x19

This font is taken from my Acer TravelMate P246 laptop. Under UEFI BIOS and startup mode, it shows characters in a unique sans-serif monospace font, different from the EDK II default font. Compared to the previous replica by another user, this font is complete.
Fixed misaligned ç, right square bracket, and some inconsistent marks.
It is noticed that it appears wider under the BIOS settings interface, but can be in normal width, as my comment shows.

Sample taken from my Acer TravelMate P246 laptop. It contains information about the partition layout on my hard disk:
FS1 is where grubx64.efi stored in;
BLK3, BLK4 and BLK5 are partitions for Windows 11 currently being fixed;
BLK6 is a BtrFS partition for the GNU/Linux root filesystem.
