Is it just me or does anyone else find themselves in a creative slump? This new stuff is rehash of the old. These random fonts with random challenges are an exercise in brick placement only. Can this curve be fitted with this angle and joined neatly has limited charm. A real-world graphic design problem with a particular font application required to fulfill would be a nice challenge. Would I get it right? Probably not. But it would be fun to fail at.

@thalamic: Like FontStruct has said, this application is intended for developing modular fonts. Your notion of challenging the concept of 'modular' is what drives not not only you, but this community to break the software developers' so-called rules and produce these wonderfully 'choppy' curved typefaces. To me, I find it awful to do that, but I do enjoy and respect how you and many others have made use of this idea to create particular curved strokes that are very hard to replicate with the limited bricks available. Stay strong, my friend, for you may not know what comes out of this may be the next big idea that would revolutionise the concept of these curves.

And also, congratulations for the Top Pick! Great attempt at the handwritten- like concept.

A neat straight sans serif on the first fleeting look. Yet it has 'personality' though the terminals and unusual slants of some line combinations.

I like seeing letters with diacritics which increase usefulness; it seems 'normal' to make 'Basic Latin' text and decorative fonts which suits Latin and English perfectly. But most of Europe want fonts suitable for requirements of their equally important important national languages.

Thank you, I'll love using tm Texture in all 3 languages I speak and write :) Did you place the diacritics on the "i" purposefully off the dot?
