You could put the former in the Private Use Area though

You don't need a Patron to create Emoji or use the full Unicode set, but they will be black and white glyphs. If you need colored emoji, you need to be a patron to enable the layers window needed to do so, although a l.h has been discovered to b.p that requirement.

@SusIsJustBack(numbers) Per Unicode's Stabillity Policy under Encoding Stability, once a character is encoded, it can not, and will not be removed or moved to a different codepoint.

Guys,The anthonistruct logo i see as ATHONISTRUCT
@fgm12345 the lowercase и and й are intentionally like u and ŭ, it's not a mistake
also lowercase ζ and ξ don't need fixing either
