German quotation marks present a bit of an issue right now, it’s a choice between style consistency and quotation mark proportions—I chose to keep the consistency for now.
I also moved the previous ‘round’ iteration of diaresis/umlaut to uppercase—the preferred form is now square.

Added dashes and quotation marks, ©, ®, £, €, ¢, ¡, ¿, basic Greek support, implemented minor fixes for existing glyphs.

Cool. I think something more exaggerated would make it look better and more even. These super fat shapes have given me an idea...
