Cloned from Hyper Street Fighter 2 Anniversary Edition by Patrick H. Lauke (redux).

Color recreation of the pixel font used in Capcom's "Hyper Street Fighter 2 - The Anniversary Edition" (2004) - though it actually made its first appearance in "Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers" (1993).
This recreation is available in TrueType+COLR and WOFF2.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

How it shines!
@Patrick H. Lauke (redux) - The perfect beginning to capture the on-screen multi-colored gradient displays that numerous fonts used. Looking forward to more.
@Meek - Rob, it appears that the preview window, both here and on the live feed, might not be capturing all layers properly. This font appears to have the top row of pixels chopped off.
@Goatmeal yeah I've already emailed Rob the other day about some suggestions/improvements :)

The 4 pixel x-height here leads to great solutions for some glyphs such as e s x and z.
