Inspired by the RoboCop movie logos -- Solid Version. Now includes full character set. For outline version, see the upgraded "Alex Murphy Outline" font; for dingbats of OCP logos, see the "Alex Murphy Dings" font. Type "RoboCop" into the View-User Input option to try it out!
July 31, 2021 update: Version 2.0. Diagonals and lowercase crossbars were thickened, and diagonals now cross into the vertical strokes. Now more movie accurate than ever!

Detroit Needs RoboCop
ANNNND it looks like the fan-funded documentary, "RoboDoc: The Creation of RoboCop," has been using my typeface since the Kickstarter/crowd-funding campaign began back in 2016 (latest example at this time stamp):
"RoboDoc" Trailer Font Usage
Cool!
@TH3_C0N-MAN - It would have been even cooler if they had bothered to contact me about using a non-commercially licensed font in their obviously commercial project! ;^)
@Goatmeal
What are you gonna do? Chuck them in gaol? :)
@TH3_C0N-MAN -- Ha, ha, no. :^) (1.) That's the risk you take when you post fonts on the Internet that anyone can download for free, which I did because (2.) I only expanded the logo into a logo font; as such, I don't feel I can claim any true 'ownership' since I didn't create the movie's logo design in the first place. ;^)
@Goatmeal: however, I think you can very well ask them for a small fee or at least a caption, font clearly had license. It may not give you anything, but it may happen that it will. Design in general relies heavily on existing things and trends, and you should not just scatter your time and work for free.
@ Dmitriy Sychiov (Sychoff) - Thank you for the words of encouragement. I will contact them and report back on any results. :^)
Even though the font's use was only for the YouTube promotional trailers and isn't used in the documentary itself, I _will_ get special thanks in the final film credits (which is all that I had requested: a simple acknowledgement). They are a real class act! :^)
@Goatmeal: Congrats.
@Goatmeal: Congrats.
@elmoyenique - Thank you! :^)
RoboCop has gotten an upgrade: font is now at version 2.0. Diagonals and lowercase crossbars were a thickened, and diagonals now cross into the vertical strokes. Now more movie accurate than ever!
