Created in repose to to the UWE project "Found type" i was working with the theme of "Dynamic" so i tried to work power, strength, movement and efficiency into my design. -

Look at the counter of the O in comparison to the one in Q. They should really be the same shape.
Also the M seems to have two thin lines and 2 large ones. The N on the other hand has no thin lines at all.
I also don't think the B is very clear.
On the other hand, the flow of it is very nice and the concept is clear and communicative.
