For the letters ĢĶĻŅŖ and their lowercases, the comma form is prefered for Latvian.
@TypoMan Foundry It's bold and attention grabbing, all the similar letterforms are different, and the accents are large enough to tell apart even from afar

one does not simply kern every glyph
Characters from two different scripts shouldn't be kerned together anyways as it doesn't work correctly very well (not consistant across software)
