This is my passion project. In Fontstruct, you either have:
-Beautiful font but with few glyphs
-Fonts with thousands of glyphs but little effort* [Looking at you, Pixel Sans/Password Fonts ;)]
And then of course the middle ground. It is still possible to make a semi-good-looking font with 1000-2000 chars (I do it a lot). The only exceptions are “Block Kie Uni”, with 11572 chars and “GS Unicode” with 33732 chars across 5 fonts (holy guacamole!) I aim to create a smooth Unicode font, and I went with Helvetica look for neutrality and in honor of “Block Kie Uni”. I made it by typing the text in word and eyeballing the correct measurements. I like the end result. Also I won't kern :)

Font's out! All i gotta do for now is complete basic latin and add the stroke on the ø. Wish me luck!
Update: I did both things (yay).
Woah that is very realistic! It lookes the same as helvetica on my computer! But you say unicode, so I'm expecting more glyphs soon.
Wow! That is very good! I'm sure that this exactly resembles Helvetica.
I wanna make a pan-Unicode serif font.
how many scripts do you aim at doing?
@lvqille, I plan on adding all unicode blocks one by one. I generally see if they work in another font before I add them here. Mainly: Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Devanagari, Arabic and Cherokee.
boy oh boy, i am excited
this is amazing
@18man thanks :)

yee
Expect the next few blocks to take a while, I'm not keen to finish these diacritics and special characters…
