The line labeled Top is actually the ascent line (It is not the Cap Height) and anything above it will be clipped in certain software… Maybe there could be 2 more guides labeled Caps and X-Ht since the FontStruct API does have the Cap Height and X-Height inside the font data

NPS Octagon Mono is a monospace version of NPS Octagon.

Now supports Cyrillic. However, glyphs keep getting cut off at the top line, when they should go above: shown is ÀàÉéÏïÕõČčΏώЙй.

Finished Cyrillic and Cyrillic Supplement. Also fixed the ascender problem.
Jesus those UPA superscripts are hard to do. You've got to fit a lot into a tiny space.
I think the Arabic-Indic digit two should look more like the Greek capital letter gamma according to my Arabic writing
And also, the Arabic-Indic digit one should more like a vertical line because it's easily confusable with the Arabic-Indic digit six
