Congratulations! FontStruct Staff have deemed your FontStruction worthy of special mention. “steeldog” is now a Top Pick.
Comment by gferreira_admin 19th June 2009
Thank's for the top-pick. - I think, something between 6.1 and 7.x is appropriate for this one; most of the top-picked fontstructions are really damn good ... (and better than mine)

A 10 for patience to do all those characters. I pat myself on the back if I do 26+26+10+5 characters. By that you deserve 600/67 or 9.8 pats on your back for this one font alone. :)

i agree with thal. this one is amzing and fits right in with other top picks. not only an artistic achievement, but a technical one as well. better? like great singers - each one unique and magnificent in their own right...and this font, brother, really sings :) very jazzy indeed.

@ funk_king
Dedicated to all great musicians and you, i'm listening right now to a record by LEON THOMAS - Anthology (CD, 1998, Soul Brother Records, distributed by Pinnacle.)
You turned me on, to listen to my old, dusty collection of music. :)
This guy SINGS, brother ...
(Buy this CD, and send me the bill.)

i'm gonna get it for sure. btw did you create max also. he is quite fetching :)
Comment by funk_king 20th June 2009
No, if found "Max" by gooooogle-ing the web. His real name is "Howlin' Dog", constructed by the great animal sculptor Bruce Gray. (Image licensed to Steel Dog Productions for their corporate logo.) The sculpture is currently available at $1200.
- If i had the money ...

This is pretty damn good, I love it! I like the diagonal lines, and the fact it has more than 600 chars, Wow!

@thalamic: I pat myself on the back if I do 100. So, in my pat-giving-system, you get 6.6 pats on the back. lol
