See also Otis Bold for a bold weight. Includes diacritics, small caps, old style and lining figures, alternates, ligatures and some elevator dingbats.

That font is based off of a CE-Electronics Dot Matrix Elevator Position display.

In fact, almost all of the elevators manufactured by Dover or ThyssenKrupp uses this dot matrix format, usually in red.
