I went and mangled Spelunker by Zephram. I am messing with the shapes of the spaces between the letters. The name of the font indicates that most of the letters are wearing bell bottoms.

"Mangled"? This is great! Looks almost handwritten.

WHY IS THERE A DOT TO THE RIGHT OF THE “X” AND “x”?

Comment by TH3_C0N-MAN Sat, 27th October

There is a dot to the right of the X because this creates a shape that looks like a bird when the X is followed by an number of other letters: EXTRA for example

Thanks @zephram, I was concerned you might not like me modifying your font.

It creates something that looks like a bird when Xylem is typed into the preview...

I love the look of the glyphs, very earthy. The white space creates very intriguing 'life forms' :)

@Aeolien, @Se7enty-Se7en, Thanks. I like playing with figure and ground. Xylem creates a bird. Extra creates a bird with wings. I also see a jelly fish.
