Blood splattered on the walls of Arkham. An insidious font of non-modularity. Released on opening day of the Dark Knight, but inspired by the graphic novel "Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth," released in 1989. Even today it is insanely sick and beautiful. It was one of Heath Ledger's references for going deeper into the mind of the Joker.

Very nice...It didn't seem to be like a splattered blood, I have to say. It looks more as a white-noise or may be flies. It looks dark anyway. I like it!

I can imagine why this was so hard, working with such high resolution!

Thanks for the comment. I originally had drips on various letters intended for the final version, but settled on separating individual drips on their own glyphs so they can be placed afterward. They're on the double quotes. Here's a little treatment to bloodify it.

Added drips on all of the caps. Lowercase is normal. It's best to type with alternating caps and lowercase to create a randomized drip pattern.

This font must have been a nightmare (no pun intended) to design. It is so effective in its scariness. If a sign said 'Do Not Enter' in that font, I wouldn't go in.
