Bitern Mono is a simple and clean 10×20 Unicode pixel/bitmap font, inspired by Unifoundry's Unifont typeface project.

This font is now on GitHub! If you want to download the font, do that over there instead, as the fonts uploaded there are more polished.

Okay, woah. I don't even know how this font is eligible for Staff Pick… The font is good-looking and has a lot of glyph coverage, sure. But besides that, there isn't really anything outstanding or notably creative about it. It is just a pixel font, and a generic one at that.

If the Staff Pick award was to be retracted, I honestly wouldn't really bother at all. I just don't really think that this font is necessarily worthy of the nomination. But then again, I'm okay if it's not possible to retract Staff Pick from a FontStruction, or if Rob Meek decides that this font is still worthy of Staff Pick.

Absolute honest opinion. No grievances.

@Catterio: Just do your best and don't speculate about Staff Pick. Recognition will come when you put out quality work.

@Catterio: I agree with @Frodo7: even though you may think this font is “nothing special," someone else DID value your efforts -- so take the compliment with humility whenever that work is duly recognized. :^)
