I'm not sure if I want to unify canIPA tone marks with similar spacing modifier letters, for example "tone with strong stress" with U+02C9 modifier letter macron ('ˉ').
Added a boatload of transdecimal digits, including: dozenal digits for modified Bell, Hammond, Whitten, Johnson and Acylin systems, Camp's dozenal digits, Martin's hexadecimal digits, Bibi-binary hexadecimal digits, and more Argam to 120.
The SPUCE character encoding will be undergoing a major revamp shortly. Starting on 21 April (UTC+10), many blocks will be moved or deleted. If you do not want your blocks to be deleted, please comment on the relevant blog post on the SPUCE wiki.

Finished my phonetic stuff, now just got to do MUFI.
