Very interesting. But my first associations are not with skyscrapers, but with coins that Scrooge counts and puts on top of each other. I saw a similar approach in the logo of the television song contest in Russia, ПЕСНИ (SONGS), in the picture, but there it seems to be sound waves. Also it feels like inspired by mx pilebar, but with the Cyrillic alphabet! Strange top of letter З, arm of з other than э, I can also see the desire to make ы ъ Ф narrow, which many non-Cyrillic designers have, but I would not change this here.
@Dmitriy Sychiov: Thank you very much for your words and suggestions. I don't knew the work of FutureMix, that it's very similar to mine (but with "5-coins" ? towers).
