I realise it's monospaced but here are some bits you may want to change:-
Don't make it mono spaced.
"f" middle bar a bit too wide. Does it really need to bend over at the top. It may look better just going half way round.
"i" shouldn't have any serif, otherwise you've got a serif character in a sans serif font. Same goes for "j" & "l". Plus "j" need to be moved left so the spacing is better.
'm" and "w" are too marrow.
"@" doesn't really work or me either.
"!" looks a little odd.
