This is a display styled font.
Apocalypse inspired. The design gives off the feeling of sheets of metal almost being bolted together with a twist of having negative space keeping them seperated.

NEAT font! (Texured, it'll look awesome!)
I'm not sure about the Q. Even at doubled pixel size it doesn't differ from the O very much.
Your rivets would fit more a metal texture (than a plastic paint on a wall), but the sample is quite nice! (strange choice for the –neutral– gray, b.t.w.). Tag: Stencil.
