A relatively boring sans face.
Changed the name. I might make this into a family, a serif version is in the works.
Good effort you have put on this! Some characters appear to be inconsistent, though: slopes of the "A", "V", "W", number 4, and some other minor inconsistencies. I can't help much right now but if I had time I'll give you some hints.

Thanks, but I can't change AVW4 because I don't know anything about composites
Sample. Most words are from "Scripps National Spelling Bee, Study Words for Eighth Graders" with a few exceptions where there wasn't enough room to fit in a longer word.
