I'm speechless. I can't BELIEVE someone would ACTUALLY go through the trouble to BMP some simple 0s and 1s into THIS!

Very nice hugely extended version of this classic pixel font. I would suggest making the spacing exactly 0, because using a decimal spacing number with a pixel font makes most letters in each line blurry. See attached image with 0.05 (your current spacing) on the top, 0 spacing on the bottom.
As for why you got two comments on the same day on a random font, there's a page called FontStruct Live that adds every comment as it's posted, so once the first comment appears more are bound to follow ;)

like Ą, ą, ď, both ð's, ģ, etc.
Its not monospace

for those letters, the main reason they're not there is that since the font is 5x7, and I want all letters to fit inside 5x7 (otherwise, well, it wouldn't be 5x7), some letters just can't be put
if the original letters already take up the entire space, I can't add accents to them
